It helps us if you have anecdotal evidence that ARGUS DATA INSIGHTS Deutschland GmbH / ARGUS DATA INSIGHTS Service GmbH employees or others are acting inappropriately or contrary to our company’s interests and you report this. Describe the situation in as much detail as possible. Mention the people involved, the time and place of the incident and also the names of potential witnesses. If possible, also send documents, such as images, emails, etc., that support the suspicion.
You decide which details you provide, whether you want to remain anonymous and whether you want to be available for our representative to contact you with any questions.
If you provided contact details, you will receive confirmation that your report has been received within seven days of its receipt. Within another three months, you will receive a notification of how your report is being handled and the measures taken, as long as sending a notification will not endanger any internal investigations or infringe any third-party rights.
All information about you is handled confidentially. If you would like to, you can submit your report anonymously.
The whistleblower system complies with the relevant legal regulations. All reports are received by our trusted lawyers and processed responsibly before being forwarded to the relevant office at ARGUS DATA INSIGHTS Deutschland GmbH / ARGUS DATA INSIGHTS Service GmbH.
The documentation of your report with ARGUS DATA INSIGHTS Deutschland GmbH / ARGUS DATA INSIGHTS Service GmbH will be deleted by no more than three years after the process has ended.
Whistleblowers have protection under labour law if, at the point in time that they report something to the internal reporting office, they have sufficient reason to believe that the information being reported is true. The report must also be about a subject within the scope of the Whistleblowing Act, i.e. in particular crimes, serious offences or similar serious infringements. You cannot suffer any negative consequences pertaining to your employment. This applies even if it becomes apparent later that the suspicion was unfounded.
